Clicking Add Port allows you to add a port to the exceptions list. If you enable a port, traffic associated with that port is allowed through the firewall. Windows Server 2008 includes a new built-in group called Performance Log Users, which allows server administrators who are not members of the local Administrators group to perform tasks related to performance monitoring and logging.
